While I didn’t have the opportunity to use 1-800 Plumber +Air & Electric in my own home this week (I live just outside their service area), I did have the privilege of working with their consultants, Nick and Wakely in a training class I was facilitating—and I felt compelled to share this. If I lived in their service area, I would invite these two into my home without hesitation. From what I know about 1-800 Plumber + Air & Electric, their core values are strong—and Nick and Wakely definitely embodied those values at the highest level. What impressed me most was their genuine heart for customers. They weren't just a skilled technician—they are true consultants who cares deeply about doing what’s right.
