I've never used or even heard of Dan the Plumbing Man before until I googled plumbers this morning in hopes of getting work done with the kitchen plumbing. Other places were not able to schedule service for us until Monday but Dan was able to send someone out today.The guys who showed up were kind, professional and quick and the price was very reasonable! I'm very pleased with all the work done by Daniel and his crew at my house. He recently replaced the water lines from the alley to my house, as well all the sewer lines from the alley to my house and under my pier and beam house. Daniel is very knowledgeable, hard-working, thoughtful, and polite. He goes the extra mile to be sure everything is done right. Today, he flushed my water heater with no charge, saying he's providing this complimentary service to his good customers. I recommend Daniel to anyone needing any type of plumbing work.
When we bought our house we were told that there was a new water line installed between the well pump and the house. I found out 10 years later that the “new water line” was actually a garden hose. Digging down to the wet spot in the back yard revealed a small hole in the garden hose. I was horrified. Dan the Plumbing man came out on Friday and was able to patch the garden hose until he and his crew could install actual water line. He asked later that evening if we were available the next day as he and I were unsure how much longer the failing water hose would hold up. I said I was and I was very appreciative of his concern for my homes water supply. The next day he and his crew showed up exactly at the time he said they would and stayed at the quoted price with no surprises. We will 100% use his company going forward for all of our plumbing needs.
Dan is very meticulous and takes great effort to make sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. He explains things and communicates well. He and Michael cleaned up everything. Much appreciated! Dan is our new plumber man!M McGee
Hats off to Dan the plumbing man I had a hot water heater replaced today. It was in a difficult spot to get to and to install, but they took their time and they did it very friendly service, prompt, and very professional. I recommend. they go above and beyond thank you so much.
