Don’t hesitate to call Done Rite! I had part of my ceiling collapse due to a leaking toilet from upstairs. I called and was able to make a same-day appointment. Jon and Victor arrived and were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! They thoroughly inspected the situation, made a plan to repair the leak and proceeded to meticulously and carefully fix the leak. They answered all of my questions and explained their process every step of the way. I would highly, highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.
