We are a VIP member. I was out of town and the motor in one of our heating units died during a cold week. I called and the receptionist/scheduler could not have been more helpful. She immediately scheduled a technician to come out and assist my wife the same day even though they were quite busy. Great company, great people and awesome customer service.
Had toilet repair & furnace fall maintenance work done by Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Appreciated all of the staff, their professionalism & expertise. They use a great text system which includes the tech's picture in the message. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
Can't say enough good things about these guys. The main water line burst in my house on a Saturday afternoon. We called every plumber in Ann Arbor - the other few who answered couldn't help until Monday, but Fry had their plumber out to my place within a couple hours.Josh showed up in their big box supply truck with all the necessary supplies to get my water up and running again, including a new pressure tank to replace my 40-year-old antique. He was skilled, confident, and pleasant to work with - exactly the guy you want in an emergency.Wish I could give them 6 stars.
