Like most people, we found ourselves needing a new furnace somewhat unexpectedly, and it can be a stressful process knowing how big of an investment it is. From the very beginning, this company made everything much easier for us.Vincent was the person who came out to evaluate our system and provide an estimate, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options clearly, and we genuinely trusted his opinion and guidance, which made a huge difference during a stressful decision.We had a small scheduling hiccup on our end, and Vincent personally stepped in and took care of everything for us, even though it was outside the normal scope of what would typically be done. He handled it seamlessly and made the situation completely stress-free.There was also a minor unexpected issue involving some wiring and drywall, and the team came back promptly and Vincent handled everything for us without any hassle. It was reassuring to see how thoroughly and professionally they addressed it.Vincent was great from start to finish, and the company is truly lucky to have him as an employee. We also want to give credit to the installers who did the actual installation—we don’t remember their names, but they were professional, careful, and friendly throughout. We’re very grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services.
I’m not sure for I took pictures prior before Patrick coming out for my insurance company and the pipes that Patrick said that were cracked and needed to be replaced looks exactly like the same exact ones that were there prior to him coming out so I’m confused other than he did stop the water ??. For I was not thinking ?? clearly at the time about the price that was given to me at the time all I knew was that I wanted my water ?? back on. After my husband came home and I told him how much I spent on the repairs he couldn’t believe it I was over charged for the repair. My husband hired another plumber to come out to look at the repair to get a second opinion and the plumber laughed and said I’m sorry to tell you this but because you was a woman and the technician probably assumed you didn’t know any better he over charged you because of it was a man that wouldn’t have happened. So please ladies be careful before letting contractors come into your home and taking the first estimate like I did talk it over with your husband , family members or friends and get a second or third estimate before just hiring any company contractor like I did let this be a lesson learned from me for I wouldn’t want any other woman to be scammed as I have.

I had water bib crack. Causing water to leak on the inside of my home. The customer agent was very professional and helpful. They were suppose to come same day for an emergency but had to reschedule for the next morning. I received my call for the morning. Josh was amazing. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He also cleaned up after the service. Well done.
My experience with Mr. Dalton, was exceptional he arrived at my home and started working immediately on the problem. He was able to figure out the leakage in the basement within 30 minutes from his arrival time. Note: Keep up the great work. I highly recommend Staton, Heating, Plumbing to anyone that needs this type of service.
