Had a water heater installed by Bradley who did a great job. When it turned out to have a factory faulty part Robert came and fixed it. Robert is knowledgeable and friendly. Bradley also rocks!
If they send their employee TOM, you will 100 percent have a bad experience.They have sent this guy to my house multiple times and I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the rudest. He has the absolute worst customer service, has a super bad attitude, even when your trying to be nice, and he is super lazy. In all honesty I have never in all my life come across a worker who is as miserable as he is.
Hitt plumbing did an outstanding job in helping me in a minutes notice. Rob came within 30 minutes the evening when my house was backed up with my sewer main and my toilets wouldn’t flush. This problem wasn’t even my fault either. It had to do with the main sewer in my street and it had to do with the county. They gave me advice as to how to take care of the issue as well. Three days later. Hitt Plumbing came back to help me resolve the issue again. Bradley went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue. He looked under four different manhole covers on my street and found out what was flowing and what was not before even starting on my house. He spoke with his supervisor to get more advice as well. Starting on my house to get paid was not his top priority. Making sure that he can resolve the issue was his top priority. I was very thankful that Bradley came back to help me because fixing the issue at my house was his top priority. I was very thankful that I called this plumbing company. He even let me know that after the county is done plumbing the street if I have more issues at my own house, they would come back and work on my house again to try and resolve the issue because it was the same day problem. I recommend this company to anybody.
