So, I was leery about using another company with Choice because they themselves have been a pain in my butt. However, thank goodness for Pro Integrity Plumbing and their employees. Shout out to Chris for getting our hot water heater replacement on the calendar and a huge shout out to Vincent. It's hard to get competent employees these days and Vincent did a great job from coming to our home to assess the problem to putting in our another hot water heater. Thank you Pro Integrity for having an employee who actually wants to do their job and is not afraid of hardwork! Kudos to Vincent.
Two techs- Miguel and his trainee Luis. Texted ahead of time with ETA, arrived timely, were very professional and kind. Introduced themselves were very knowledgeable able to explain the situation and what the resolution may be. They quickly submitted approval and returned with parts and did the job very quickly and efficiently. They made sure things were working before leaving and as well provided f feedback and future recommendations. Solid job and great customer service.
Miguel was great help. He did a really great job. He fixed my issue quicker then I thought it would be fixed. I appreciate him taking the time to properly diagnose my issue as well as explain each component of the system. I will definitely recommend this company and especially him to anyone that has plumbing needs!!
I had one guy come out from Super Duper plumbing replaced my gas control valve and my burner then after installation for about 30 minutes he tries lighting my water heater with no success, he told us we needed a whole new ware heater. So Miguel and his partner from pro integrity plumbing came out and in less than 5 minutes had my water heater lit and filling my hot water tank. We are sincerely grateful to Pro Integrity plumbing for coming out and solving our problem after 3 long weeks without hot water.Miguel was very friendly and obviously knew exactly what he was doing . Definitely a star rating and highly recommended ?? #satisfiedcustomer
I read the reviews before booking and was honestly a bit worried because of some of the negative experiences mentioned, but I want to say that was far from the truth for me! I found this company through Choice Warranty and have a phenomenal experience.I needed a plumber to come out quickly to unclog a drain, and not only did they schedule a very fast appointment, but Jeremy was phenomenal. He had the shower fixed in probably less than 10 minutes.He was incredibly thorough, testing it multiple times to ensure everything worked perfectly, and he explained the different methods he used to make sure the drain was fully cleared. He was just delightful to work with and I highly recommend him!
