We have also used Alex R. in the past and he was tremendous, as well. Both explain exactly what is going on and they definitely instill confidence in their work. Douglas and Sergio did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater that died and had started leaking in our basement. They stayed until 8 pm to get the job done, which we really appreciated as we have young kids and having no hot water was challenging. They could have just said they’d come back the next day, but they worked hard and got everything done. I’ll also mention that Chandler’s quote for the work was $11,000 less than the other bid we got. Thank you Chandlers!!

Brian, the rep who came out to the house was very professional and helpful. There was no pressure or upselling and he understood our needs and addressed them. The process was smooth and on the day of the install, the team came and could not have been more professional or thorough. Huge shout out to Alex, Nate, Bryan and Andrew.
