Scheduling was a breeze – I talked to Courtney who was professional and eager to match their schedule to my needs. She even sent me a picture of the technician, Val, when they texted me he was on the way. Val showed up on time and was super professional. He made sure he understood what I needed and then presented me with several options on how to proceed. We had a very informative discussion and then he presented me the estimate, and we came to an agreement on the work to be done. He then the completed the repairs and the results were outstanding. He’s a true professional. From beginning to end Cherry Blossom Plumbing made this experience wonderful. Call them the next time you need a plumber.
