Stephen kindly took my call on a Saturday afternoon for much needed maintenance on our Rinnai hot water heater that was turning cold due to debris build up in the unit. Scheduling was fast, diagnostic was straightforward lot priced and the full project cost quoted on site for me to review and approve before work was completed. Stephen instantly knew what was wrong with the unit within a minute; took the cover off, showed me all the areas that would need to be cleaned and what their functions were.

Stephen worked efficiently and was done in around two hours. We will hire them again for any plumbing related work. Always best to support local businesses and they are top of their game.

When my pipes burst (again) due to unusually cold weather, Johnmichael was on it. He was professional, communicative, and he handled a set of challenging plumbing issues with a proactive problem-solving attitude. He discovered that "soft copper" piping had been used by some dingbat, and that it had not only burst but also warped. He went through a series of options for fixing the problem before coming up with a workable solution that didn't involve taking out all the pipes in my house. In the meantime, he conducted research with HVAC professionals and others to ensure that the pipes that had been used in my house were safe (lead-free). He ended up doing less work than he had initially quoted since one of the solutions we had considered would actually create long-term problems even if it may solve some short-term problems. It is incredibly rare to find a humble, reasonable, smart expert tradesperson in Asheville - Johnmichael and the My Plumbers LLC team fits that bill. I recommend him and his company without reservation.

Stephen fixed our Navien tankless hot water heater and performed a complete PM review after nine years without prior servicing. We had another plumbing service drop by a few years ago when we had a similar problem, but they could not determine how to fix the water heater.
