Pros: Replied quickly via text and offered to come the same day. Short waiting time for them to come out.Cons: did not fix the problem, not transparent/honest about their prices/policies regarding fees (eg, the price they were charging me for just coming out to the house same-day was $150 (they explained it cost more because they charge “time and a half” on the weekend), I opted for a weekday expecting a lower price, but they charged me $145 and did NOT fix the problem). I was not given a call with their findings. The lady answering the phone was not very helpful, either.Overall: I recommended trying a different company.
