I was extremely impressed with the service I received from RickyJay Plumbing. Scheduling was extremely simple, and the technician, Mike, arrived right on time. He took the time to listen to my concerns regarding low water pressure in our home before quickly identifying the issue and replacing the faulty water pressure regulator in short order. He was professional & efficient throughout his visit. I highly recommend RickyJay Plumbing and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Quest just left our house after doing a wonderful job replacing our garbage disposal. More than that, he was so kind and patient and was so great with my 7 year old wanting to help. He explained everything and answered ALLLLL the question without missing a beat. I am highly pleased with RickyJay work. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. They took every effort to complete the work in a timely manner. They made sure all items were installed properly and kept rechecking while completing other work to insure no issues come up. The project cost was very reasonable for the high quality of the materials. I would and will recommend RickyJay plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have and will use no other company for my future projects.
If there were 10 stars I would give a 10 star rating. My initial contact with Mike and then the installer of my bathroom vanity, Brian, was amazing. Both men were very knowledgeable, professional, yet very personable. Brian replaced the pedalstal sink with the vanity cabinet. I am feeling very grateful for the service Ricky Jay Plumbing provided. Also, Kim the office representative whom I spoke with on several occasions could not have been more kind and accommodating.
