Michael at Cirton Plumbing was excellent. He arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed our kitchen tap. He had suggested we buy a new tap ahead of the visit, but once he looked at it, he was honest and told us we didn’t need a new one after all.

He then checked our toilet, got it working properly, and took the time to show us how to fix it ourselves next time to avoid the cost of another visit. He was friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself, and was clearly trustworthy.

Will call him again without hesitation and highly recommend him.

A couple of days before the holidays and we ended up with a pipe leaking in our basement. I checked the reviews of a bunch of local plumbers and saw that Cirton had a 5 star rating with over 300 reviews. That sold me to contact them and see if they could help. Mike took the call, booked my appointment and followed through with a call to confirm he was on the way. Mike looked at the issue, quoted a price and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. The 5 star rating is very real and well earned. Thanks for taking care of our leak in a fast and efficient manner. We will definitely reach out to Mike/ Cirton plumbing again in the future.
