Radiant Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electrical

I had an outstanding experience with Jeff Hicks from Radiant Plumbing. Jeff was professional, polite, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain my system in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. What truly impressed me was his efficiency and expertise. After another company spent over six days just trying to assess the problem, Jeff was able to diagnose and fully repair it within 24 hours. That level of competence and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Beyond fixing the immediate issue, Jeff also educated me on what to watch for in the future and how to properly maintain my system to avoid similar problems. His honesty, transparency, and ethical approach gave me complete confidence in his work. We will absolutely be requesting Jeff Hicks again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ethical, professional, and highly skilled plumber. Well done, Radiant Plumbing — you’ve hired another keeper!

Jacob Martin was awesome at his job! We are satisfied with the service he provided on our clogged sink, he is a true professional. We had an appointment at 12pm but instead Radiant was able to come earlier at 8am. We will be reaching out to Radiant in the future! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Jeff Hicks swung by during the great freeze of 2026! We had a pipe burst under our mobile home and thanks to the Radiant Plumbing dispatch, we were able to get help from this professional gentleman. He was respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond his duties! Thank you guys, we highly recommend Radiant Plumbing for any emergency…rain, sleet, snow, they’ll be ready! EDIT 02/03/26: Shoutout to Garrett Beshears for helping us with a fitting that popped off in our mobile home’s foundation. Garrett not only provided spectacular service, but was also very informative about his repairs and addressed our questions knowledgeably. Radiant Plumbing once again proves to be a reliable company for your plumbing needs by sending in professionals like Garrett who takes great pride in their work! EDIT 02/19/26 Manuel was a stupendous technician who responded to a late night call regarding our bursted water pipe. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also helped us identify other safety concerns regarding our water heater. Manuel is a professional in all aspects and his service reflects greatly on the credibility of Radiant Plumbing.

????? Radiant Plumbing ?? serviced my home today and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They fixed a severely clogged double kitchen sink quickly and thoroughly. From start to finish, the service was professional, courteous, and honest. A special shoutout to Garrett, the plumbing professional who handled the job—he was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he resolved it. You can tell he brings years of real hands-on experience to his work, and it shows in the quality of the repair. On top of excellent service, the pricing was very fair, and I was given a 6-month warranty, which gave me even more confidence in the work performed. If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumbing company that stands behind their service, I highly recommend Radiant Plumbing. They earned every bit of this 5-star review.

After confirming that my existing water softener had a unrepairable leak I was provided a few quotes to have it replaced. After reviewing the quotes I opted to have Radiant install a new softener which they provided and after accepting the quote I was contacted within the same evening to schedule the install. Mike just finished up, gave a brief explanation (similar to my only units operation) and left the manual and ensured if I had any questions I could reach out. The old unit will be picked up and properly disposed of as part of the service, a major plus. Thanks to Mike and all of the Radiant team I’ve had the pleasure of working with thus far. I look forward to our continued relationship and feel at ease that I have them by my side.

In a routine inspection of my sewer pipes, a break was discovered under the foundation of my home (I could see it myself on the camera). It was an expensive repair, but working with the Radiant team was a really good experience. The project manager provided consistent and timely communication and the onsite staff who did the work were thorough, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I am 100% please and definitely recommend Radiant for any plumbing repairs.
