Plumber came out to evaluate my POS Rheem water heater. He showed me that Ho~Depot sold me a garbage unit made with plastic valves & cheap parts. Fixing it under warranty is a waste of time because parts are covered but time for installation is not. I was then offered a superior system with installation costs fully disclosed as well as a cheaper option.. • I appreciate the honesty and explanation these professionals gave me. He didn’t waste any of my time and I was explained specifically what could be done to either fix the old unit or install a new one. It is rare to find great service that is direct and effective.
