Unprofessional, Negligent, and a Major Security RiskIf I could give zero stars, I would. This company was contracted to do work in my unit while I was away on vacation, and I returned home at 11:30 PM to an absolute nightmare.First and most importantly: They left my 14th-floor glass patio door wide open. Leaving a high-rise apartment unsecured and exposed to the elements while a resident is out of town is gross negligence.To make matters worse, the unit was covered in "pipe muck." There was sludge under my sinks, on the counters, and even sprayed across my dishwasher. I also had to pass a carpet cleaner over a rust stain 25 times just to save my flooring. I spent the first three hours of my return scrubbing filth instead of unpacking. Zero respect for property or safety.

Josh was amazing. He figured out the issues, came up with a proposal, purchased everything so we didn’t have to, installed it brilliantly, and even taught us how to maintain it as well as identified other issues that needed to be addressed. Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had.
