I really appreciate Payless Plumbing & Rooter coming out on a Saturday to help with an emergency repair. They clearly explained the charges upfront, were professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. The plumber made sure everything was working properly before leaving and answered all of my questions. Great service and I’m very thankful for the quick response.
Albert came to try and help me solve why my water heater pilot light would not stay lit. He said that while he got it to turn on he would have to come back with a part that he didn’t not have. I asked him if he could show me how he got it to turn on at all because I was sure it would turn off before he would be able to come back. He did not show me. When I called back because it in fact turned off again after a few hours I was told by receptionist that the earliest he could come back was the following day. And more than likely I would have to pay for them to come out again. I was unsure as to why I would have to pay again since the original problem I called for had not been fixed. I called because the pilot light would not stay lit and it had turned off again and Albert had already said he would have to come back with the part. The receptionist informed me that Albert had notated that the issue was resolved and that he did something to a wire. He had told me that wire would have to be replaced and he did not have it.So again I am confused as to why i would have to pay again since he has not finished the original repair.
Mikr did a great job unclogging the toilet. He serviced us after hours especially since he drove out of his way during New Year's Eve. Mike didn't mind helping us during this emergency situation. He was friendly and communicated very well.
The leak from my shower handles is now fixed. The new fixtures are great the caulking work was nice and clean. Always does a great job when I call them out. Thank you to our plumber Bryant B.
