Black Forest is a great company to deal with fast, efficient and great service. Cameron went above and beyond, in replacing my Sump pump, did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the new pump he installed and helped set up the new App for it. He was so helpful. I appreciate Cameron Bairds time when he visited July 2nd. He took the time to listen to my concerns and devised a plan and pricing so I would know and understand what’s in store for his next visit once we can get the town in first to do their part…I look forward to seeing him soon when he comes to do repairs as discussed… (no photos yet…possibly next time! ??)

Update:

Cameron arrived back on July 25th…(was able to show a valid plumbing license) he kept me updated while I was at work on the Town’s progress of their shutting off / on of the water main (which they had trouble with)
Cameron was able to complete all chores as agreed upon… which took him the day….he was neat and had everything tidy when he left.
