We called The Plumbing Company to take a look at our exterior hose bib, which was leaking (he had previously installed this hose bib last fall, as we had upgraded to a frost free one). Alex was very quick to respond, booked an appt with us right away, and showed up on time. After inspecting the bib, he noticed that a seal had worn out, showed us the worn seal and explained that it’s likely due to high chlorine levels in our water. He then replaced the seal, made a few recommendations and didn’t charge us a thing, even though we asked/begged if we could pay him for at least an hour of his time, he refused. This is clearly a man of integrity, and one who stands behind his work. And not only is he an amazing plumber, he is also giving back to our community by supporting local high school students and allowing them to do their co-op with him (he had a student with him today). For all of your plumbing needs, please do yourself a favour, and call Alex Hoffman at The Plumbing Company, he is prompt, efficient, very fairly priced, but most of all, he’s a man of integrity and honesty. We highly recommend The Plumbing Company, and would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I recently moved to Innisfil and needed my battery backup sump pump replaced. I called The Plumbing Company and Alex was amazing. He came to my house and gave me a quote for free and asked me if I had any other concerns. Alex did quality work and charged me a fair price. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I will never call another plumber.
