Reviews
What customers say
Several customers describe prompt responses, including one who says the crew was on time and another whose call was returned within minutes. One customer says the crew cleared a tree-root sewer clog and confirmed the full run was clear. A customer also reports that the price for opening a toilet clog was provided only after the work and seemed unreasonably high.

Great guys they did a great job. Yes I’d use them again . They were on time. The only sewage company I use.
Leeann Mitchell
I called Alpha and Rick was here within the hour, cleared the clogged bathroom drain in minutes and was on his way. I've had nothing but great experiences with Alpha. Three to be exact! Also, VERY reasonable pricing!
Gina Slovacek
Brandon and Michael did a fantastic job installing new toilets, hot water heater, washing machine hookups, and dishwasher. We were beyond grateful they were able to get all this done before we moved into our new home. We would highly recommend their services. Gina in the office and assisting callers was top notch as well. A+ all around.
Linda Wilson
I was recommended this business and was happy with the outcome. They were prompt, professional and the price seemed unreasonably high. I only needed a toliet clog opened and $146 was the price. They were there a total of about 20 mins. The price was given after the fact. I needed them, so I paid.

I woke up to a clogged sewer this morning. I called Alpha Sewer and left a message. They called back within a few minutes and arrived at my home 15 minutes later.
The two young men who performed the work were very personable and professional. They cleared the clog (tree roots) and then verified the entire run was clear. Their work was outstanding and I was very happy with the price.
Alpha is now my go-to company for sewer issues and I highly recommend them to everyone.
