I had a sewer back up into my basement and Roto Rooter came out within the hour. I had a Technician named bob who was lovely!! He was very knowledgeable and cleared the line quickly. He was kind and mindful of my dog who is a barker with strangers and explained things very well! Cost was low and I am very happy with the services I received!
My home sewer line to the city line was backed up. I got a service technician within two hours of calling. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He made sure that my problem was completely corrected before leaving. I am expecting a follow up from a different tech to inspect the job, included in the price. A six month warranty was included as well. They also give military and senior discounts. The job was not cheap but it was fair in my estimation.
Set up appointment for same day service and was surprised by the quick response. Met Bob, he was friendly and courteous. He remedy my backed up sewer line quickly. I've used Roto-Rooter in the past and knew I could rely on them to get the job done quickly and got it done right! I've recommended them in the past to family member and they were satisfied as well. They will be on call when I need them. Great to do business with a trusted company.
Great experience! Bob tech 8590 was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job resolving the issue. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and left the area clean. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to others.
Bob was a knowledgeable and personable technician. He faced a difficult task in clearing our tenants pipes, however he didn't stop until she was able to flush her toilet and drain her tub. We want to thank you Bob for a job well done and for your exceptional service!!
