Dmitri came to my home today for our annual checkup and water heater flush. He also replaced two toilets. He was friendly, organized, and efficient and the quality of work was excellent as always. Appreciated so much that he had the toilets available even though that wasn’t a planned service so I didn’t have to schedule another appt.
Gabe and Thomas came out same day when our laundry room flooded. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. Really great and professional service by both of them. It’s employees like this that make me thankful we are diamond club members. Thank you!
On Wednesday afternoon, my Water Pressure Reducer started to leak. On Thursday morning, Steve's Plumbing arrived with all the parts in the truck. While here, the plumber found two water valves, sink and toilet that were starting to fail, and replaced those. My hot water heater expansion tank also had some sediment in it, and as it was close to time for a replacement, I had that done as well... and the same size water heater was also in the truck. The original Pressure Reducer was attached to a tube wrapped in foam with a screw release, definitely looked dodgy. The main water valve was a gate valve that looked like it belonged in the garden. The former was replaced by a German made pressure reducer and the latter by a ball valve with a handle. Definite quality improvements and what I consider should be the standard versus what the developer installed. On a customer service level, everything was what one expects from a professional organization. The initial point of contact explained their service fee. An e-mail address was used to confirm the appointment and to deliver the invoice, my mobile phone number received a single update to the plumber's arrival rather than endless spam, and then there was the plumber himself.Dmitri arrived with booties on foot, inspected the initial point of failure and then continued to inspect the remainder of the home's plumbing. He was courteous, efficient, and was good at explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. There was a price list on his tablet. After some conversation, it was easy to decide what needed to be done today versus what could be done tomorrow. After service, Dmitri walked me through what was done and on the maintenance of those items. While more work was performed today than I had initially intended, I feel that it was not only necessary but something that I should have done when I first acquired the property.I will definitely use Steve's Plumbing again in the future.p.s. two of my neighbors use Steve's as well.
Riley and Levi were great! Our water heater died on new year's day and they installed a tankless system so quickly (the following Monday) and it works just beautifully. They also found and repaired a longstanding water pressure issue we weren't even aware of, but explained so many things, like leaking faucets. Def worth it. These guys rock - 100% recommend!
Stan and Andrew did a lot of work in 24 hours time. I called Steve’s Plumbing at 8:00 AM and by noon the same day I had Stan diagnosing the problem. Stan and Andrew fixed and replaced a toilet, reset a main drain line, and installed a modern water shut off valve and pressure regulator. I’m glad my home is back in shape and up to current standards! The guys were very professional and efficient.
