O'Neil Plumbing

O’Neil Plumbing absolutely crushed it. From start to finish, they were on top of everything—quick to respond, right on time, and super professional. The work was done perfectly and way faster than I expected. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and left the place spotless when they were done. It’s hard to find contractors that are this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend O’Neil Plumbing — I won’t be calling anyone else.

Ken and Reno did an outstanding job installing our new hot water heater. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They not only replaced the old unit and hauled it away, but they also rebuilt the venting system to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. What impressed us most was their commitment to our family’s safety — they took the extra time to make sure we were fully protected from carbon monoxide and that the installation met the highest standards. They didn’t just get the job done — they did it right. We are incredibly grateful for their thoroughness and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality, dependable work.

I had read the Google reviews on O’Neil Plumbing and can see why he is rated as a top-notch plumber! I would highly recommend O’Neil Plumbing!

Nothing but 5 stars all around for O’Neil Plumbing. I have had Ken or Pat out to the house numerous times to fix plumbing issues and install sinks, faucets, a hot water tank, filters… you name it. First of all Ken will return your call promptly. He gets you on the schedule at the first available time slot. They are on time, courteous, respectful of your house, personable, and knowledgeable. Basically, in one word, professional. Plus they are just great guys. I have referred friends to Ken before, and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, for anyone.

I had a great experience. Ken O'Neil returned my initial call quickly, helped me diagnose the problem and the solution, made an appointment to come out 3 days later, and arrived on time. He went over the plan with me (it was a complicated job) and worked efficiently and professionally. I am so glad to have found O'Neil Plumbing. They will be my go-to plumber from now on.
