I recently had a technician come out from On Time Service to look at my unit. The technician checked the system and even stated that the wiring I had done was correct and that I had not wired anything wrong. He installed a new transformer, although the original transformer was not actually bad.During the visit, he called his supervisors several times trying to diagnose the issue and eventually suggested that the blower motor might be the problem and that I might need a new one. However, I had just recently purchased that motor, so I had it checked and confirmed that the motor was working perfectly fine.After the technician left, I continued troubleshooting myself. Within about two hours, I changed one small thing and the unit turned on and started working. This was frustrating because I had already spent a significant amount of money for the service call, yet the actual problem was never resolved by the technician.Overall, it felt like I was charged a high price without the issue actually being fixed. In the end, everything I had originally done was already correct, and the system started working once I made a minor adjustment myself. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a waste of time and money.
We had Jackson come out to swap an outlet in our home, and we couldn’t be happier. He was extremely knowledgeable about older wiring, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough, and we felt much safer after the work was done. We really appreciated his honesty and helpful attitude. Highly recommend!

On Time is very reliable and stand behind their work. I had a backed up kitchen sink drain and asked them to replace our kitchen faucet. Chase did a great job! He unstopped the drain that was a lot further down the line. The faucet looks really nice and works well.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with On Time Service and our technician, Art. We needed a major electrical job done, which included installing a new power service box and, most importantly, cleaning up someone else's mistakes from a previous job.Art and his crew were the definition of professional and kind. They were respectful of our home, communicated clearly, and did an amazing job. I was shocked that they were able to get such a complex job in and out in just two days. The quality of their work is outstanding, and it gives us incredible peace of mind.This was honestly money well spent. If you need a reliable, skilled electrician who does things right the first time, I cannot recommend Art and the OnTime Service team highly enough.
