Seriously, if I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! They are exceptional in customer service! I've had a few issues with a property we own in Bloomington. We own the house & have a home warranty company to supposedly provide repair or replacement to the appliances. We have had issues with our washer, furnace & now, hot water heater. Of course the furnace issues were during winter! The house is older, yes, but that's why we had the home warranty companyto begin with. Well, that home warranty company is not getting one more dime of our money! D&R Plumbing, Heating and Air will be our repair or replace company for the rest of the time we own our house! Richard was in contact with us from the minute the warranty company notified him. He is a very nice, polite, helpful serviceman with exceptional customer service!
