We wound up having a major and unexpected project replacing our entire sewer line in our old home after it was discovered that the nearly century old clay line had partially collapsed and became clogged…underneath a very long concrete driveway, of course. While this was not at all how I wanted to start 2026, Hunter and Andrew did a great job of explaining our options and answering all our questions. This could have easily turned into an expensive, nightmare if we had hired the wrong crew. Instead it wound up being a weirdly kind of fun and enjoyable experience hanging out with these guys for a few days. They never flinched at me staring over their shoulders, cracking stupid jokes, and pretending to help. They worked late multiple days, worked in cold rain, and probably missed a few meals without even mentioning it. Most importantly they did the job very well and got us hooked back up very quickly. Highly recommended!
We just moved from out of state. We realized after moving into our new home that the shower in our master bathroom had extremely low pressure to the point that it was not even usable. We contacted Platinum Plumbing and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. Ethan was professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the work that he did and with carefully explaining everything along the way. Instead of being provided with just one quote on how to fix the issue, we were provided with a menu of options on how to move forward. This really helped us feel more in control financially and it was educational as well (we decided we are going to get a soft water system through Platinum Plumbing in the future).
