Great service, honest, affordable, very timelyHad the heat break down at our place. Ross came out and fixed it up in less than two hours, same day. Fairly large repair and he fixed it in a way that improved the systems functionality and longevity. We had an electric Goodman heat pump with and Ecobee thermostat we got from Evergy. Ross seemed veryfamilar with our set up. Ross is great, give this guy a Christmas bonus, he deserves it!Not to mention, they came out two seperate times- this year- to evaluate our duct work. They took the time to talk through our HVAC systems set up with me, in a way that went wayy above and beyond.Can't reccomend these guys enough.

Had a new water heater installed by Aric today. First I loved his mannerism, he was patient to explain things to me and answer questions I had. I think he represented Dragon fly well and was polite and knowledgeable.
