Jonathan Foster was great. I have a small child. I’m very weary on who I let into my home. I did not have to worry about this guy being in my home one bit. He knew exactly what my problem was. He fixed it very quickly made the whole process very easy for me. I highly recommend Jonathan Foster.
We needed the main water shutoff, pressure regulator and water heater replaced. We had John show up and take a look. He looked at everything and got a quote with what we needed and answered our questions about different types of equipment and what would work well in our situation. Once agreed we got the appointment set for the next morning.He was knowledgeable in what he was doing and had all the tools he needed for the job.We had 2 water heaters from the previous owners and one was used for a home salon setup that we don't use plus a bathroom. He consolidated to 1 heater and capped the other lines in case we wanted to use them later.He made sure to ask several times if we had any questions during the process and after. He left his card and company contact info on the water heater if there are any problems.He was professional and friendly the entire time and completed the entire process in just a few hours. Once completed and us satisfied he took payment. The whole process was pretty painless for us. Would recommend John and Smedley Plumbing.

They’re the real deal—no leaks, no squeaks, and no “oops-we’ll-be-back-next-week.”I’d give them more than five stars if I could, but unfortunately, the rating system isn’t as flexible as their scheduling. They were super timely and I appreciated the heads up notice prior to arrival.Highly recommend. They’re truly a plumb good choice.
Live savers! It was mid day Friday and it was raining in my basement. Luckily I’m handy enough to know what was going on. Opened my clean out to find that my main line was blocked. Which was replaced 7 years ago, found this to be odd. Found Mitch on a community awareness page with a lot of people vouching for him. He came out and located my blockage quickly. He was pretty sure the recent fiber lines hit my main. The path was pretty clear and lined up with his locator. The next day he started to dig. About 2-3ft down the issue was found. My line was centered punched not once but TWICE by the fiber lines. After precise cutting to ensure he didn’t damage the fiber line, the line was raised and a new pipe was installed. While he was in there he corrected a few other issues that unsaid company did wrong. He walked me through how to get reimbursed by the fiber company that caused the issue. I’m really glad I didn’t wait for the fiber company’s plumber to come fix it as well from horror stories I’ve heard from neighbors and friends. Mitch is the man with the plan!!
Jon did a wonderful job recommending and installing a water softner system for our home. He explained the options, the pros & cons, and shared reasons for his recommendations. Made it easy for us to make a decision. Jon also listened as we shared other plumbing questions, and thoughtfully made suggestions for addressing them. We will call Smedley Plumbing the next time a need arises.
