I had a surprise leak in my water heater! Aren’t they all? I called Dag plumbing and they were at my home within an hour… Dominic was amazing! He installed new water heater, was fast, cleaned up every last screw and was done within the 3 hour window as promised! I highly recommend them and I’m sure I’ll see them again! ??
I was quoted a price for replacing 3 cartridges in bathroom showers. When plumber came he told me a price that was double what I was quoted. I was told the parts were $200 each but when I looked for exact same part online it was between &60-100 per part. I would not recommend them. Very shady.
I called DAG Plumbing to come repair a damaged hose bib on the side of my house. From the moment I set the appointment to the minute they left everything went smoothly. The technicians K'ron and Matt arrived in the early part of the time window. They worked efficiently and did a great job installing a new hose bib for me. The company was reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future and would recommend.
I have been using DAG Plumbing for over 4 years now. Have always had great service from the friendly person who makes the appointments, to the plumber who comes and does the work. I have had leaky toilets repaired, old toilets replaced with new, an under sink water filter installed and broken handles replaced on outdoor water faucets. Most recently we had a new tankless water heater put in by DAG Plumbing and it has solved a problem we had getting timely hot water. The plumbers did a great job. Prior to the decision to have the water heater replaced both the owner, Joe, and plumber Philip spent a lot of time looking over complicated old plumbing issues I had and explaining my options. There was no sales pitch, just honest, thoughtful, knowledgeable consideration of my hot water issues and my options explained. I would recommend DAG Plumbing without hesitation.
Rob is the best ever! He is friendly and knowledgeable and arrived on time for his first visit and came early for the second visit. Very professional and was very honest about what needed to be done and the best and cost efficient way to do it. He didn't try to talk me into an unnecessary expensive repair which doesn't happen very often! We've been using Dag Plumbing for many years and I wouldn't ever use any other plumbing services. Dag Plumbing and Rob are the best!
