Ted, came through in an emergency situation. I had to fix a broken hose tap and while that was not an emergency, i couldn't use the rest of the water in my house. He came an hour or so after i called, fully prepared to work in the dark with all the tools required. Put my mind at ease and went to work, he did an incredible job fixing the valve, all the while telling jokes. Incredible , professional service with a smile.
