Ross Terrano and his crew did an excellent job of re-piping our apartment as well as other work requested.Ross thinks out of the box in finding creative approaches to his work.We had several plumbing companies come to our home but none could match his ideas of how to accomplish the job of re-piping our home with causing minimal physical damage to our residence.He is a man of his word and does not settle for anything less than excellence of his work and satisfying the customer.He and his team communicate well and in a timely manner.His office staff of Debbie and Joanna are very courteous and professional in their attitude.Master plumber Stevie and his assistant Dennis are hardworking people with friendly attitudes and are excellent plumbers.Also Commando Restoration who cut out the walls and replaced them after the re-piping did a great job.We were fortunate in finding Terrano Plumbing to do the work and will use them in the future should the need arise.You can’t go wrong in choosing them for your plumbing and remodeling needs.
Ross and his team are amazing. We did a complete demo and remodel of two bathrooms at the same time. Terrano plumbing was on time, on budget, and on their game! They are one of the rare companies in the industry that are honest, on time, and only employ the best people. The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is "behind the scenes," which covered up by walls, etc and we've dealt with all kinds before. Ross the owner is a true professional, and he will tell you up front what he can do and can't do. There will be no surprises. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality of work is worth it, especially for vital work that are behind the walls and can't be "seen." Ross doesn't cut corners and we would highly recommend his company.
