I have been a long time customer of Trethewey Brothers. Whether it’s a water heater, furnace or plumbing they always do good work at a good price. From the time you call to when they dispatch the technician they are efficient. They call and text when the technician is on the way. Today John did some plumbing work for me. He fixed what needed to get done and found some other items that he took care of that will eliminate future repairs.
In the coldest night of the year with a major storm hours away my furnace stopped working. The staff from Tbros were amazing. From the answering service to Bob the gentleman who contacted me back and got things moving to Ryan the tech that handled the repairs. Super pleasant and professional. We have used TBros as our go-to plumber for at least 15 years, previously for a condo in Roslindale and now for a single family home in Westwood. We have been consistently happy with our experiences with TBros, but Eamon (who came today to fix a hot water issue in the master bathroom shower) is definitely our favorite plumber. We request him when we can, because he is extremely informative and thorough. He gives us a really balanced view of work that we should do now vs. things that could wait, and gives us tips on how to prevent future problems. On top of all that he's just super friendly and a genuinely nice guy.
My wife and I needed someone to come and help with a bathroom faucet. TBros was a great experience from start to finish. The person that took my call was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. We got an appointment in short order and a call about 20 minutes before Conor and Dylan showed up. The guys took care of the problem in short order. More so they were super professional, took the time to explain the work to me and asked if we needed anything else. It's great to see young people in the trades who can see the big picture, beyond just the work. Thanks TBros for a great experience.
