Had a great guy from Needham come out for an AC repair after a previous no-show (appt. was cancelled late & after our scheduled time window after multiple confirmations that same day). This put us in a big bind. He did a great job of checking over the unit AND repairing the business relationship. He went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. If not for him it would be a 2 star review.
