i called for plumbing service because of the great reviews, and the whole experience was excellent. setting up the appointment was easy, and i got a courtesy call before arrival, which i really appreciated. jerry was professional, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my plumbing concerns. he explained everything in simple terms, answered my questions, and did high quality work. during the visit, he installed the two shower heads i had purchased and adjusted the heat setting on one shower faucet so the water warms up much faster than before. he also checked the plumbing lines and pointed out that some of the piping materials were not the best choice for the water supply. he explained that this was likely causing rust and mineral buildup, which was lowering my shower pressure. once he removed the shower heads, it was easy to see the buildup he was talking about. i appreciated how clearly he explained the issue and gave honest recommendations for future plumbing repairs and upgrades. he also provided quotes for a few other plumbing items in the house, and i plan to schedule those services soon. overall, i was very happy with the service, the communication, and the workmanship. i highly recommend this plumbing company.
