i called for plumbing service because of the great reviews, and the whole experience was excellent. setting up the appointment was easy, and i got a courtesy call before arrival, which i really appreciated. jerry was professional, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my plumbing concerns. he explained everything in simple terms, answered my questions, and did high quality work. during the visit, he installed the two shower heads i had purchased and adjusted the heat setting on one shower faucet so the water warms up much faster than before. he also checked the plumbing lines and pointed out that some of the piping materials were not the best choice for the water supply. he explained that this was likely causing rust and mineral buildup, which was lowering my shower pressure. once he removed the shower heads, it was easy to see the buildup he was talking about. i appreciated how clearly he explained the issue and gave honest recommendations for future plumbing repairs and upgrades. he also provided quotes for a few other plumbing items in the house, and i plan to schedule those services soon. overall, i was very happy with the service, the communication, and the workmanship. i highly recommend this plumbing company.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing team. Our toilets and drains backed up over the weekend, and after not getting a call back from another plumber, we reached out here. I was pleasantly surprised when Jerry answered around midday instead of sending us to voicemail. Jerry was very helpful, answered all our questions clearly, and made the whole process easy. We scheduled a service visit and were very happy to hear they could come out the same day. A short time later, Pedro called to see if he could arrive earlier than planned, which worked out great for us. After a quick walkthrough inside, he got right to work checking the drain lines, plumbing connections, and the area under the house. He explained everything in simple terms, shared what he found, and walked us through his recommended repair. The price was much lower than we expected for this kind of plumbing work, so we approved it right away. He finished quickly, and everything was working properly again in less than an hour. It was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish, and it’s a big relief to have our toilets and drains flowing normally again. I highly recommend this plumber in Boulder.

I recently had my bathroom shower and tub changed into a walk-in shower, and King Family Plumbing & HVAC handled all of the plumbing work. The whole experience was excellent. Wayne and Pedro were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their plumbing trade. They explained each step of the shower conversion, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the work being done with the water lines, drain, and fixtures. They were careful in my home, kept the work area neat, and did their best not to interrupt our normal routine. Everything was completed smoothly, and the new walk-in shower works great. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Boulder who needs reliable plumbing service for a bathroom remodel or shower upgrade.

Highly recommend this plumbing team. We first called about a small leak, but it turned out to be the bigger pipe problem we had been expecting. Charles and Jerry arrived right on time and got started right away. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They made a great team, stayed organized, communicated clearly, and handled several plumbing tasks on different floors without any confusion. They worked well on their own and together, and they kept the work areas clean and tidy the whole time. We were told it could take a full day, but they finished by lunchtime. The old failing pipes were replaced efficiently, new valves were installed, and they also completed plumbing work in our bathroom. Everything was done correctly and with real care. We also spoke with Pedro, who responded quickly after our first call, diagnosed the issue, and stopped the leak fast. The office staff was helpful and professional as well. From the first phone call to the final repair, the whole process was smooth. The price was very reasonable, and the workmanship was excellent. This is a truly professional plumbing company and definitely the team to hire in Boulder.

King Family Plumbing & HVAC is fantastic for plumbing work. don’t call anyone else if you need a plumber. i called about a pinhole leak in the PEX line running through the attic and down to my shower, and the office team was very kind and quick to respond. Not long after, they called back and let me know a technician could arrive soon. when wayne and pedro got here, they were polite, professional, and easy to talk to. They inspected the leak, explained the plumbing issue in simple terms, and let me know they could repair it right away. They also provided a free estimate, just as advertised. They walked me through what needed to be done with the PEX tubing, answered my questions, and made the whole repair process feel easy. charles and the crew did excellent work, were friendly and considerate, and handled everything with real care. They cleaned up after the job, made sure the shower line was working properly, and checked that there were no other concerns before leaving. payment was quick and easy with electronic invoicing done on site. This is a top-notch plumbing and HVAC company with great customer service, fast response time, and quality workmanship. i was very impressed with how smooth and professional the whole experience was.
