My wife and I had a toilet break leading to water damage in the house. Lions sent out Carlos to help us. Carlos went above and beyond in his work. He was extremely professional and personable. He did a great job and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also made great recommendations on how to proceed with the work we needed. After finishing work one day, we had a pipe burst a minute after he left. He saw the water outside and came back to knock on our door and fix the pipe immediately. Then a week later our hot water heater broke. Carlos was able to come out and remove the old one and install the new one very quickly. I would highly recommend Lions plumbing and ask for Carlos! He is the best!
Our garbage disposal cracked and was leaking out under the cabinet. Carlos came out and did a great job explaining the issue and got it fixed in no time. He was very polite and respectful of the house wearing shoe covers and leaving the area clean. Now we have a better quieter disposal system!
