Mike is so kind and knowledgeable! He helped us with some drain issues we were having. I called and he was able to get out the next day. No waiting around for weeks for parts or an appointment. He was so responsive with any questions we had and talked us through the whole proposal beforehand. We will absolutely be reaching out to Mike and BlueBird in the future for new projects and repairs!
Completely satisfied with our experience dealing with BlueBird Plumbing. The front office communicated well via text and Andrew was very transparent and genuine when giving recommendations. He was also very efficient in completing the work.
Prompt and very good service for our leak repair. They charged a flat rate, to which I agreed, since I needed to get water service restored to our home. The work was completed quickly and ended up being a simple job. Afterwards I posted a 2-star review, noting that the work was done well, but that I felt the cost far exceeded the scope of work. The technician followed up with a phone call and and shortly thereafter, the owner of the company called me. We had a good conversation about their pricing philosophy. The owner then decided to offer me a partial refund, which I appreciate, even though we don't necessarily agree on pricing for services. I credit the company for their follow up communications and my revised review reflects that sentiment.
From the first phone call to the end of service the experience was amazing! They got someone out the same day and Andrew was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He helped fix some serious issues after shocking our well. He even gave some advice with some skin issues we’ve been experiencing with our 3 year old moving from treated water to well. All in all very happy and will continue using this company for both business and personal.
Jon was my technician he was very thorough went through the inspection process with me help us get dialed in with our mechanical room. We had water backing up from our sump pump and he was able to help us get diagnosed that we need some new equipment. Excellent customer service super fast service!!!
