Our hot water heater failed in the middle of the first Feb 2025 cold snap. Steve was able to guide me by text on getting the old one shut down safely, and getting the information he needed to purchase its replacement. He then picked up the new one, removed the old one, and installed the new one in less than 4 hours -- including making it earth-quake safe. The quality of workmanship appears to be superb, and his charge was less than I expected. McNally Plumbing Services will definitely be our go-to for plumbing work in future, and I offer a strong recommendation for his services to anyone in the Bozeman/Belgrade/Four Corners area.
