Phone staff is very knowledgeable and will explain things clearly and simply, easy to understand. Response time is wonderful and the techs are top notch. Very competitive pricing. Yearly service plan is priced right and a must for peace of mind. No pressure sales, offers education and solutions for problems. First time using Elite Plumbing services. Great experience. The receptionist Amber was super friendly. She arranged for same day service even though I called a little late in the afternoon. Technicians, Trey and his apprentice, were also friendly and knowledgable. Cleared our main drain line very quickly and used their camera to show me that the line was now clear going into the house and down to the street. Would absolutely recommend their services to others.
Replaced my water heater with one that I purchased from Home Depot. Installation went very well. My tech Trey Cross did an excellent job in a timely manner, was very polite, professional, and informative. He answered all my questions. His partner in training ( sorry I'm not sure what his name was ) was very pleasant and helpful also! I highly recommend them and this company. Thank you so much guys!
