The two technicians, Mark and Ferd, who handled the installation were exceptional. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their work. They didn’t cut corners, and it showed.

The job was completed on time as promised, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a team that delivers both quality workmanship and great customer service, but this group absolutely did.

First off, I’d like to say thank you to Chris for coming out, identifying what needed to be fixed, and explaining everything so thoroughly. A huge thank you as well to the technicians who worked incredibly hard to get our heat back up and running and to properly install our brand-new HVAC system: Brendan, Mark, Gord, and Jacob.
These men went above and beyond—professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was set up correctly, took the time to explain how the system works, and encouraged us to reach out anytime if we had questions or concerns. Truly outstanding service.

I want to thank Tyler for inspecting my furnace last week and making sure everything was working perfectly.

And to Guri who came by tonight to inspect my broken water heater. He was very pleasant to deal with. He was super helpful explaining all the parts and how the tank works so I understood exactly what was wrong and the process of repair. I appreciate the time he took and that he wasn't rushed at all. It was nice to see such an informative technician. Thank you again for all that you do guys!

Great experience. Had issues with my old furnace and Tyler was able to quickly get my heat up and running. Then, we had Paul come by to give us a quote on a new furnace the next day. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Next business day, we had our furnace installed by Connor and Aiden who were very considerate and friendly. They kept the area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to answer questions and inform us on things that we need to know. Overall wonderful experience and would use Don's Heating and Cooling again in the future
