We couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the moment I called, Chris and the team from CR Plumbing were incredibly responsive and got someone out to my home quickly. The entire team was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain what was going on and walking me through the options. We have had the pleasure of using CR Plumbing a few times for our home and our income property.

What really impressed us was their troubleshooting skills. They didn't just patch the problem - they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and make sure it was fixed right. The pricing was very fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

From start to finish, the experience was professional and stress-free. They arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed the job efficiently. I was referred to CR Plumbing by Paul Davis following a significant leak from my shower drain that collapsed my basement ceiling. James of CR Plumbing arrived bright and early the day after I called and rapidly identified the underlying issue. He repaired my faucet connection and the faucet, replaced some old pipe and valve and even installed new laundry taps as he noticed a drip. Professional, courteous, friendly and ohhh so skilled. What I thought would cost a fortune, did not. Very reasonable and what piece of mind I now have! Do not consider any other company other than CR Plumbing. Lifesavers!!! Thank you so very much.

After Chris and his team did an outstanding job in replacing our lead pipes with copper pipes we knew we had to call him when we had a few other plumbing jobs that needed attention. James reviewed all of the jobs, provided us a quote and was back the next day to do the work. James did a wonderful job in fixing all of the plumbing jobs. James was detail oriented and ensured everything was completely to his very high standards. If you ever need plumbing help, either a big job or smaller jobs I highly recommend Chris and his team!

We had used CR plumbing years ago when we had a leak in our house (recommended through the contractor). We happened to get another leak, and "scrambled" to try and find a plumber. Looking at the receipts, we found it was CR Plumbing so gave them a call.

Chris came out and took a look, and was open and honest about what he saw, and courses of action that we could take to get it all fixed up. While there the team cleaned and fixed some other noticeable "issues" from previous owners of the house.

Overall, happy with the service provided and would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
