Outright i would like to say that I have no actual business experience with Plumbdog plumbing. However, I was unfortunate enough to witness one of the Plumbdog drivers deliberately and blatantly break wash code at the Brantford car wash. The Plumbdog driver aggressively cut in front of an elderly gentleman patiently waiting for a stall to open up. As a car wash enthusiast, seeing such a travesty truly made me question whether Plumbdog plumbing is a business I would want to support in my community. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE~ ASKED AND ACCEPTED PAYMENT BEFORE JOB COMPLETION , DISHONEST & HOSTILE!* Plumbdog used to be great, but those plumbers are no longer with the company.Update~ had another plumber come and change the filter, which makes me believe that the owner of plumbdog lacks comentancy.I had a service call to change water filters for an osmosis unit~ jason (the owner who is now doing service calls BC he lost his staff) changed two filters that slide into the unit with ease~ he told me there was a 3rd filter that needed to be changed that was outside of the unit~ He told me to turn off my water, then change the filter, and if I had any issue to let him know~ he was gone under 20 minutes~ I ordered the filter from Amazon and it arrived the next day, as did his invoice for $170 plus tax~ I was unable to change it, so asked him to come back~ HE ASKED ME TO PAY FIRST, I did~ when he returned, after ONE attempt he got mad that he was unable to change the filter, was visibly angry and blamed me, while LYING about changing the filter "last time" and installing the unit amongst other things ... He told me he had to go in a hurry and to reschedule~ after a couple attempts to reach him, his secretary called to schedule a visit~ jason came and took 20 SECONDS to attempt to change in (didn't even try) and returned to anger and blameshifting*I can understand him not knowing how to change the filter, as he expressed he hadn't worked with a unit like mine before.** What is completely inappropriate is his angry, blaming and futile attempt to change the filter after asking for payment on an incompleted jobHis good reputation based on his precious employees isn't going to last long!

We are very happy with this company who come to upgrade the garden faucet. Sarah on the phone was friendly and has great communication skills. The technician Jason was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Love to see their dog on the Van too, very patient dog and well behaved to wait his walk. Strongly recommend them to everyone.
