I noticed my water heater was leaking on late Saturday afternoon. I file claim online with my home owner insurance and assigned to service provider within network. However, this service provider never response to my calls so I decided to Flow Pro Plumbing & Jesse(Owner) responded & told me ETA for the crews to come in. Rudy comes in timely, professional, friendly & did assessment job. First shut off the gas, water off & drain any water left in the tank. Since it was late already, Rudy had to come back & install new water heater next morning. It only takes him a couple hours. He did very excellent work. I recommend this company to everyone. I filled out the online scheduling on Flow Pro Plumbing’s website this morning which was very simple and easy to navigate. Within 15mins I received a call from Jasmine who re-confirmed my appointment which was set for between 12-4 that same day! Rodney arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, did his due diligence and fixed the problem! He was very knowledgeable which gave me so much confidence that I called the best company! Rodney also clearly explained the repair and the cost breakdown. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you for your professionalism. We have used Flo Pro Plumbing several times since we purchased a house every time they are quick to respond their technicians are extremely polite and professional. They take great care of leaving the house in the way that it was when they arrived once they’re finished and they do a wonderful job of diagnosing and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. I called them this morning at about 11 o’clock and they had a technician here by two! That’s what I call Customer Service!! Rodney and Elijah are awesome!
