What customers say
Customers describe fast responses to water emergencies: one says the team helped quickly at a rental property, and another says it fixed a water-heater leak about an hour after an after-hours call. Three other customers report unresolved or short-lived work: one says a pipe repair failed two days later and that calls and texts went unanswered; another says low shower pressure followed a pipe change and promised follow-up never arrived; a third says a drain remained clogged the next day and promised return visits were missed for four days.

Extremely Happy with their service. Was recommended by a good friend of mine. I had an emergency with one of my rental properties and Mr. Ramirez was quick to help. Thanks to him and his team for the great work.

Good: Super responsive!
Bad: The repair didn't last and he ghosted me after getting paid.
Called this guy Thursday afternoon after another plumber flaked out on me. He had his guys at my house in about 30 minutes (super stellar!). They worked for an hour and a half to dig a hole, repair a pipe, then they left (Charged me $125 which seemed a little high, but reasonable). Saturday I realize there's water spraying EVERYWHERE. The fix they put in place was overtightened and EXPLODED ... water spraying 10 ft up in the air.
Called him, texted, sent him pictures of the water spraying everywhere. No answer at all. I had to redo the entire repair myself ($9.65 in materials) and its now Tuesday evening, still haven't heard back from him.
If you don't mind paying $125 for a 1-day repair and not having water afterwards, this is your guy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
We had a leaky pipe. Ramirez plumbing sent an unlicensed plumber to changed the pipe. The next day we noticed the showers had had little pressure. We've been calling ever since and the plumber said he would send someone to fix the infinished work. They have have never retirned our calls and have stopped answering our calls.
KEEP SHOPPING AROUND... theres better plumbers in town.
