Don’t even think about hiring Mike Moran. He was hired to install a hot water tank, gave me a date and then never called or showed up. When I finally got him on the phone he told me that he was overbooked. I told him then he should have never given me a date to do the job, and then never call or show up. It’s called ETHICS which he has none. He also called my handyman, who USED to recommend Moran Plumbing and asked him if he would do the job. My handyman told himNO, it was his responsibility to do it since he scheduled the job. Mike Moran is the OWNER of this company and the very one who scheduled the job, and then reneged on it. I was without hot water for over a week and had to go and shower at a friends house until another plumber could come and do the job.
Made an appointment with Mike for a 4-6 window and he never showed up or called until nearly 8pm apologizing for having been caught up in another job. He said he’d come first thing the next morning between 8:30-9 and again he didn’t show up or call. I try to give local and small businesses first dibs, but sometimes that gets you bad customer service.
This Master Plumber is the best!! He is honest and will never sell you a service you don't need. He goes the extra mile his work is definitely First Class! No short cuts, he does things right the first time. His prices are very reasonable! He has 30+ years of experience.
Don't use!!! quoted price of 85 dollars over phone to come snake clean outs, snake breather tubes and clean toilet jets, we hire them they come and only snake 1 clean out and charge 205, when we question they say "well it took longer to do job than expected" as if that's our issue? And on top of it all my toilets still don't flush there is a blockage in line, it used to be only 1 toilet that didn't flush now neither one will. Having to hire someone else now.
