We had a bit of a shock this morning when our sewage pit alarm went off. To be honest we had no idea we even had an alarm (new-ish house). Anyway, called Plumb Wize to get a second opinion (first company wanted to upsell me on services $2,000-4,300 worth). From the initial call to the service performed we had a great experience. Shout out to Garret who came out and was thorough in troubleshooting and explaining everything he did! We would definitely recommend and be calling again for any plumbing issues that arise! Our sink and dishwasher were backing up on and off for a long time. Lately the problem became much worse. We called PlumbWize and the company sent Garett the very next day even though this was not an urgent matter. Called for a sewage backup at 9:20am, was told I would hear back shortly from a plumber. They called back at around 9:30am, and let me know they would be here between 10am and 1pm. Chris and Marcus arrived around 10:45am and had the drain cleared within the hour.Awesome service from Chris and Marcus. Explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, upfront about costs, and knowledgable.Hoping I don't have to call them again, but definitely will for future plumbing issues!
