Alan was very friendly & was available to come & fix our plumbing problems late on a Sunday. Very professional, knowledgeable & worked hard on a difficult to access drain & got the job done. Would definitely call him first next time I need a plumber.

Alan did such a great job replacing my hot water tank right away after it decided to pack up. He gave excellent advice on what I should do whether going electric or staying with the gas made me comfortable with the decisions I was making. He didn’t push me in any particular direction and he even took a cut in his labor pay because he was quoted an amount a few months back and that amount for the hot water tank increased by quite a considerable amount and he ate that which is a real man of honor to do that. I run my own business and these kind of things happen to me when I have events and the food Cost go up. I don’t pass it on to the customer I eat it. It’s one of the more difficult things to do. But at the end of the day, he did absolute standup job and having that wonderful hot water back is such a relief because it’s two days before Christmas merry Christmas Alan excellent job Mario Plumbing you truly live up to the “name”, lol :-) Lowe is the old one and then next on the right is the new one out with the Old Inn with the new!

My wife and I just had Alan in to replace my hot water heater for our newly purchased townhouse. Starting with our first conversation, Alan was informative and pleasure to work with. We recently experienced a flood from an atmospheric river and reached out to Mario Plumbing for help. I spoke to Alan and he was able to schedule me in that day, and even arrived earlier than expected. He quickly cleared the blockage in the drain tile and got us on the road to recovery. We were very pleased with the quality of service and Alan's expertise and efficiency. We scheduled Alan for a return visit to address several plumbing issues around the house. He installed a new faucet, fixed an issue with the toilet and changed the cartridge in the shower. Ours is an older house, so issues like these are invariably complicated to address. Alan was very personable and friendly, worked hard and was meticulous in his work, he also provided solid suggestions on how to address some of the other non plumbing work we were planning. We would highly recommend him and Mario's for plumbing work.

These guys literally saved my day!! Alan did a perfect job on my kitchen sink. I was previously dissapointed by a big plummer company here in Burnaby, they rejected to replace my old sink claiming that it would be an impossible work for them,. Not only are they super punctual, approached a difficult project (replacing my old sink & faucet with a different model one) with positivity, he put so much effort and care into making it fit and look perfect. Very reliable guys, I would definitely recommend them and work with them again in the future.
