Jason did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was professional, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The installation was quick, clean, and done the right way. He double-checked all the connections, made sure the system was running perfectly, and even gave me tips on maintenance.

Jason and his son Miles were absolutely outstanding. As new home owners, we had minimal knowledge of what was necessary to replace or repair. Jason brought all of the replacement parts we needed, and walked me through pretty much every step of the repairs and replacements that needed to happen. Both him and his son were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone needing professional plumbing in Burnsville. Jason came out to look at some leaking indoor shut off valves for our outdoor spigots as well as replacing the shut off valves on our washing machine. He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies). Jason is a true professional and genuinely enjoys his work and keeping his customers happy. He had me text him some photos of the valves I called about and sent me a FREE estimate without coming out to our house. His pricing is about half of what Bonfe charges, who we’ve used previously. Jason has earned a customer for life and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.
