I had a disappointing experience with a technician who came to install my dishwasher. He arrived late for the scheduled service window and then argued that he was still within the timeframe rather than acknowledging the delay. As it caused issues even further issues. Alex was his name. During the installation, Alex made a comment about the dishwasher being “an inexpensive/cheaper one” and said it wouldn’t take long because of that. The comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary. As a woman alone in my home during the service appointment, the overall interaction made me feel uncomfortable. Professional service technicians should be respectful, punctual, and mindful of how they speak to customers in their homes. I hope the company addresses this so future customers have a more professional experience. Still waiting a call back.

Ive used Mn Plumbing for two projects. The first was some shower plumbing and the second was replacing a water heater. Both times their staff (Michelle, Mike, and Greg) were great to work with from initial quote to finished project. Knowledgeable local contractor with competitive pricing!

I originally left a negative review because the plumbing work didn’t pass inspection and the company didn’t complete the job as expected. However, I want to acknowledge that after my feedback, the company reached out, took responsibility, and made the necessary corrections to ensure the work met code and passed inspection. I appreciate the effort they put in to make things right. While the initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up showed they care about their customers and stand behind their work. Thank you for addressing the issue and resolving it properly.

I had Logan Companies install a new furnace and central air with a humidity system. I feel I got the best service in a timely manner. I also had received 3 other estimates and I liked how Logan Companies said how they would do the install compared to the other 3. Logan also had the best price for the entire job. Robby and Reed installed a stackable washer and dryer in a tight space and did an amazing job! The overall process was commendable with constant communication, updates and responsiveness! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend them!

Great customer service and great work! Caden and Tyler came not once, but twice, when it became obvious the originally scheduled company was not going to honor their dishwasher install agreement. They were pleasant, efficient, and very experienced. I would use Mn Plumbing/Home Services again!

Communication was excellent. The installation crew was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to call them again to install a product or for anything plumbing related. I even had a question after hours and they were incredibly responsive!

I bought a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy, which included free installation. MN Plumbing and Home Services came to my home and installed it quickly. The only additional item I needed was an air hammer. Overall, I found the price to be reasonable.

Ruben from MN Plumbing & Home Services did an amazing job removing the old sink, faucet and garbage disposal and replacing it with all new Ruvati sink workstation, Moen garbage disposal and Glacier Bay faucet. New items and install purchased from Home Depot, St. Louis Park, MN. MN Plumbing was very quick to call and schedule installation in less than a week. Ruben arrived a little ahead of schedule and wasted no time taking the old out and installing the new. Super clean install and clean up on his part and made some aesthetic decisions which are greatly appreciated. It looks way beyond my expectations!!
