I had a disappointing experience with a technician who came to install my dishwasher. He arrived late for the scheduled service window and then argued that he was still within the timeframe rather than acknowledging the delay. As it caused issues even further issues. Alex was his name.During the installation, Alex made a comment about the dishwasher being “an inexpensive/cheaper one” and said it wouldn’t take long because of that. The comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary.As a woman alone in my home during the service appointment, the overall interaction made me feel uncomfortable. Professional service technicians should be respectful, punctual, and mindful of how they speak to customers in their homes.I hope the company addresses this so future customers have a more professional experience. Still waiting a call back.
Ive used Mn Plumbing for two projects. The first was some shower plumbing and the second was replacing a water heater. Both times their staff (Michelle, Mike, and Greg) were great to work with from initial quote to finished project. Knowledgeable local contractor with competitive pricing!

I had Logan Companies install a new furnace and central air with a humidity system. I feel I got the best service in a timely manner.
