Laura did an excellent job with helping me with an issue with our toilet. She was warm, approachable, professional, and very knowledgeable.The extra home inspection was such a lovely touch and she gave additional support with other plumbing issues around the house. The booking agent I spoke with was so kind as well. Customer service was truly top notch from start to finish.
The experience was really odd. I usually had bad experiences dealing with tradesmen, from the way they talk and do business. Our experience with Tyler the electrician was the most ideal it could ever be. He is very professional, polite, and respectful. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. He did our electrical wires in the attic and I knew it was a tough job. I called several other trades men and companies for the job but all of them was not interested for the job. Only Gentlemen pro responded without hesitation. I called on Wednesday then I had the service on Friday.The level of their customer service and courtesy was top notch. That it self is already worth the money I paid for the fix. I had peace of mind knowing that a super qualified electrician did my attic wires with superior workmanship. He now became my go to electrician?? Thanks Tyler for the excellent service! You’re truly a gentleman just like the brand name.
Carter and Jeremy came today morning to fix a problem with tap water. The both guys were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did an amazing Job. (Apr 9/26) I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Julian J. from The Gentlemen Pros today. I initially called for a smart doorbell and thermostat install in my 1979 home, but Julian’s expertise helped me identify and fix several critical safety issues I didn’t even know I had.He found and fixed a broken grounding line (running a beautiful new copper line through to the breaker) and replaced a dangerous back-stabbed switches and an outlet and that was receding into the wall. Julian was incredibly personable, funny, and professional. He answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel pressured, he was adamant that it was my house and my choice every step of the way.I ended up upgrading my kitchen lighting and adding a security light because I trusted his work so much. I even signed up for their membership program because the value and quality are lightyears ahead of what I was getting elsewhere. If you need an electrician in Calgary who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about your home’s safety, ask for Julian!UPDATE (Apr 21/26): I just finished a major infrastructure overhaul, including a new furnace, tankless water heater, and water conditioner. The entire crew was fantastic. Andre, Will, and Denny worked incredibly hard over two days to navigate the challenges of the 1979 foundation and city coordination. Denny and Will were especially helpful with their technical explanations and making sure I understood the new systems.?Martin (Electrician) was also excellent. He provided a very clear breakdown of the electrical needs and made that part of the project seamless.It’s a lot of work to have done at once, but this team made it feel manageable. High-quality work all around!UPDATE (May 8/26): I’m updating my review specifically to shout out Martin K for his incredible work on my new electrical panel installation. Despite a major scheduling mix-up from the utility provider that pushed our start time to the afternoon, Martin handled the chaos like a total pro.He worked efficiently to prep everything so that when the power was could be cut, he could hit a very tight window for the city inspector. He made it under the wire, got the pass, and had my power back on much faster than expected.Beyond the panel and the new Clean Volt surge protector (which he took the time to explain thoroughly), he even went the extra mile to fix a persistent power issue with my Google Nest thermostat. It turned out to be a wiring quirk in the furnace from the HVAC install, but he sorted it out quickly, and the is no more power error! If you want someone who is technically brilliant, calm under pressure, and honest about what you actually need, ask for Martin.
