Omar arrived at the time I was given & found the reason why my double kitchen sink backed up again since Mar/24 (a plumber with a different company solved the issue but did not fix the reason to prevent it from happening again). Omar is likely much more professional if not also better skilled!Omar was very personable, providing suggestions & answering my questions.I’ve used Basem in the past with good results but they will be my first choice for any future plumbing issue. Their prices are also competitive. Given this experience, I will also call them for any heating issues.
this is their idea of what a finished job looks like. when I asked the guy if they were going to do anything about the trees that they ripped up, he responded with "I didn't see them". they also unhooked my internet and when I asked them about it they responded with "we didn't touch it". they left hammer holes in the ceiling where they used a hammer to break a part of the wall away instead of cutting it. left all of the debris behind. they also didn't contact the city to reconnect the water meter reader. I hope they did a better job on the part that I can't see...
